Midas Auto Service Experts is seeking a highly experienced Automotive Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience. If you're a self-motivated technician who can accurately diagnose and repair vehicles with minimal supervision, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
Perform engine diagnostics and Check Engine Light repairs
Brake, suspension, steering, and exhaust system repairs
A/C, heating, cooling system, and electrical diagnostics
Battery, starting, and charging system repairs
Oil changes and factory scheduled maintenance
Tire mounting, balancing, and repairs
Complete digital vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (Required)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience working on both foreign and domestic vehicles
Proficient with scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of electrical, engine performance, suspension, and brake systems
ASE Certifications preferred
Valid California Driver's License
Must own professional automotive tools
